中华非物质文化遗产是彰显中国国家文化软实力的重要载体。运用文献研究法、田野调查法等方法，以石锁运动为个案，基于行动者网络理论探究石锁运动作为非物质文化遗产的纵向历史传承脉络与横向社会网络延展逻辑。经分析发现：根植于农耕文明的石锁运动历经兴起、消逝、重振等发展阶段后，在纵向历史传承脉络上呈现出高质量发展趋势，在社会网络横向延展上形成了以法律和政策为导向、以核心行动者为中心，由内向外逐层联袂生成同心圆结构的传承与发展逻辑，即核心行动者-活跃的行动者-辅助行动者-潜在行动者，且最外2层传承者会动态转换。据此，提出促进石锁运动高质量发展的实践启示。

Chinese Intangible cultural heritage is an important vehicle for demonstrating China’s cultural soft power. Adopting methods such as literature research method and field investigation, and taking ShiSuo Sport as a case study, this research explores the longitudinal historica linheritance context and the horizontal social network extension logicinvolved in the transmission of ShiSuo Sport as intangible cultural heritage, based on Actor-Network Theory. The findings show that, rooted in agrarian civilization, the ShiSuo sport has undergone stages of development including emergence, disappearance, and revitalization, and has exhibited a trend of high-quality development along the longitudinal temporal dimension. Horizontally, it has formed a law and policy-oriented, core actor-centered concentric-circle structure of inheritance and development that expands layer by layer from the inside out, namely: core actors, active actors, auxiliary actors, and potential actors, with the outer two layersof inheritors undergoing dynamic transformation.. On this basis, practical implications are proposed to promote the high-quality development of ShiSuo Sport.
