采用文献资料、案例分析、比较研究等方法，就新加坡体育设施促进城市更新的历程、政策举措以及经验进行分析。认为新加坡体育设施促进城市更新的经验包括顶层设计与政策驱动、体育基础设施的多维布局与空间高效利用、体育与绿色城市的协同发展、社区参与与人文关怀下的体育设施运营、智能体育设施与数字平台的应用与创新。经验借鉴为：构建“体育+”政策协同框架，强化顶层设计系统性、探索高密度城市的“立体化体育空间”供给模式、建构体育设施与生态相融的韧性城市、打造数字赋能与社区参与协同推进的体育设施治理范式、培育“体育经济生态圈”助推产业升级。

Using methods such as literature review, case analysis, and comparative research, this study analyzes the evolution, policy measures, and Singapore’s experience in utilizing sports facilities to promote urban regeneration. The findings reveal that Singapore’s strategies for leveraging sports facilities in urban regeneration include top-level design and policy support, multi-dimensional planning and efficient utilization of sports infrastructure, synergistic development of sports and green urbanism, the operation of sports facilities with community participation and a people-centered approach, as well as the application and innovation of smart sports facilities and digital platforms. Implications for China include: establishing a “sports-plus” policy coordination framework to strengthen systematic top-level design, exploring “three-dimensional sports space” supply models for high-density cities, building resilient cities that integrate sports facilities with the ecological environment, developing a sports facility governance model jointly driven by digital empowerment and community participation, and fostering a “sports economic ecosystem” to promote industrial upgrading.
