In order to explore the effective way to disseminate popular science knowledge of sports and health from the perspective of media integration, promote the implementation of the policy of integration of sports and medicine and the strategy of Healthy China 2030, and help people shift from passive medical treatment to active health, this paper takes the program Sports Medical Voice jointly created by CCTV and Capital University of Physical Education and Sports as a case, and uses theoretical examination and empirical analysis. Combined with interviews, this paper reviews the relevant theories and constructs a research framework, and carries out empirical analysis from three aspects of content, dissemination and production. Through the analysis, it is found that the program focuses on the integration of sports and medicine, debunks sports rumors through visual experiments, innovates the dissemination format of live streaming and converged media content distribution, constructs the collaborative production model of research institution-media-audience, effectively enhances the credibility of sports and health science knowledge and improves its communication efficiency, and at the same time promotes the participation of university teachers and students in program production, filling the gap in the training of interdisciplinary science communication talents in the field of sport-medicine integration.Finally, it is pointed out that scientific content, diversified dissemination and collaborative production are the keys to the innovation in sports and health science knowledge dissemination.
