There is an inherent logical connection between the industrial structure optimization and high-quali-ty development of sports industry. An in-depth analysis of theirdynamic evolution is of great practical significance for promoting their coordination.Using entropy weight method and coupling coordination degree model, based on the analysis of relevant statistical data of China’s sports industry from 2015-2022, this study empirically analyzes the dynamic evolution law between the level of structural optimization and the level of high-quality development of the sports industry. The results show that: 1) During the research period, the high-quality development level of China’s sports industry was characterized by continuous expansion of scale, sustained enhancement of development momentum, steady improvement of production efficiency, and consistent growth of industrial benefits, with development momentum playing an increasingly prominent role in driving high-quality development; 2) The coordination degree between the structural optimization and high-quality development of China’s sports industry was constantly changing, and the improvement levels of both exhibited fluctuations of varying degrees during the industrial development process, and even mutual constraints occurred; 3) Starting from 2020, the structural optimization level of China’s sports industry decreased significantly, while the coupling coordination level with high-quality development improved to a certain extentremaining in the state of“primary coordination”since then, and the coupling coordination degree shifted from “transitional coordination” in 2019 to“basic coordination”. Conclusions: During the research period, the structure of China’s sports industry was still unreasonable, the output structure of internal sub-sectors in the sports industry was insufficiently balanced, the coordinated development level among internal sub-sectors was inadequate, and there was still a gap from the optimal overall structure of China’s sports industry; from the perspective of temporal evolution, the coordination degree between the structural optimization and high-quality development of China’s sports industry was constantly changing but in line with the laws of economic development. Therefore, future efforts should further explore the paths for the coupling and coordination of sports industry’s structural optimization and high-quality development, so as to promote the coordinated development of sub-sectors within the sports industry.

By applying research methods such as literature review and data analysis, and based on the calculation methods of specific weekly class hours of physical education courses in primary and junior high schools and the weekly class hours of physical education teachers, the demand for physical education teachers in the compulsory education stage in China in each year from 2025 to 2035 was predicted, and the surplus and shortage status of physical education teachers in each year was determined. The research suggests that: 1) The demand for physical education teachers in the compulsory education stage will show a downward trend as the years go by from 2025 to 2035. Based on the total Plan A, the demand range for physical education teachers in the compulsory education stage in China from 2025 to 2035 is between 1.1428 million and 772,500. Based on the combined Plan B, the demand range for physical education teachers in the compulsory education stage in China from 2025 to 2035 is between 994,600 and 672,500. 2) Based on the total Plan A, there will be a coexistence of “shortage” and “excess” in the demand for physical education teachers in the compulsory education stage from 2025 to 2035. Starting from 2031, the number of physical education teachers in the compulsory education stage will begin to show an excess. Based on the combined Plan B, there will be a coexistence of “shortage” and “surplus” in the demand for physical education teachers. Surplus will occur in primary schools starting from 2029, and in junior high schools, it has already occurred in 2025. Based on the calculated data of the demand for physical education teachers in the compulsory education stage, the suggestions for the allocation of physical education teachers in China’s compulsory education stage in the next stage are as follows: Strictly follow the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education to allocate full-time physical education teachers, moderately adjust the scale of physical education normal student training based on quality, flexibly balance the allocation of physical education teachers based on practical needs, do a good job in early warning and monitoring the dynamic allocation of physical education teachers in compulsory education, and explore the exit methods for physical education teachers in the compulsory education stage.

Objective: To investigate the interactive effects of product innovation degree (radical vs. incremental), advertising temporal distance (near vs. far), and regulatory focus (promotion vs. prevention) on the effectiveness of device advertisements (advertisement attitude, product attitude, purchase intention) of smart wearable devices. Method: A 2×2×2 three-factor between-subjects experimental design was employed. Experimental stimuli were selected through three pre-experiments (n=150). In the main experiment, questionnaires were distributed to residents of first-tier cities in China via an online survey platform. After screening, 240 valid questionnaires were obtained (n=30 for each of the 8 conditions). Multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) was conducted, controlling for “familiarity with wearable devices”, to test the main and interaction effects of the variables. There are some results:(1) MANCOVA analysis revealed significant interaction effects between innovation degree and regulatory focus, and between temporal distance and regulatory focus. (2)Simple main effects analysis (Bonferronicorrection indicated that: for radical innovation smart wearable devices, promotion-focused advertising yielded significantly better effectiveness than prevention-focused advertising; for incremental inno vative wearable devices, there was no significant difference in advertising effectiveness between the two focus types; for promotion-focused advertising, the advertising effectiveness of products with a far temporal distance launch tended to have higher advertising effectiveness, though the difference was not statistically significant; for prevention-focused advertising, the effect of temporal distance was not significant. and no significant three-way interaction effect among innovation degree, temporal distance, and regulatory focus on the advertising effectiveness of wearable devices was found. Conclusions: (1) The innovation degree of wearable devices is a key factor moderating the effectiveness of advertising message. That is to say, when promoting smart wearable devices with breakthrough innovation,it is advisable to create advertisements that promote a focused type. (2) A matching effect exists between temporal distance and regulatory focus, but it is retatively complex. The potential advantages of promotion focus in advertisements featuring for smart wearable devices with a far temporal distance launch deserve further attention.

The practical logic of sports diplomacy is the core component of the study of the basic principles of sports diplomacy. Based on the review of the research trends regarding the basic principles of sports diplomacy, Bourdieu’s field theory was used to analyze the internal components of the field of sports diplomacy. The practical logic of sports diplomacy is proposed as follows: in the international community, a sovereign state combines diplomatic activities with sports activities based on its own national interests, develops its own sports resources and relies on existing international sports resources to form sports-oriented way of showcasting its national social system and national culture, and then interacts with one or more other sovereign states in diplomacy, thereby supplementing traditional diplomatic methods and ultimately demonstrating the superiority of its social system and showcasing its national culture in the field of sports diplomacy to enhance international status. Based on this logic, a diagram of the structural elements of the field of sports diplomacy is drawn. On this basis, five practical strategies are proposed from the perspective of my country’s sports diplomacy.

In February 2025, the Beijing Municipal Education Commission issued Several Measures for Further Strengthening Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era (abbreviated as the “Beijing’s Eight Measures”), which has attracted considerable attention across educational communities in Beijing and nationwide due to its innovative contents and methods, exerting an important impact on the reform and development of physical education in primary and secondary schools in Beijing. In the process of implementing the“Eight Beijing Measures”, primary and secondary schools in Beijing are encountering new challenges, while simultaneously discovering emerging opportunities. It is imperative to grasp the characteristics and significance of these measures to progressively advance into a new phase of physical education. This policy document addresses existing weaknesses in school physical education in response to the requirements of Education Power Strategy. It is one of national leading significance, combining for ward-looking and advanced concepts. Among them, the “intangible measures” that combine tangible and intangible approaches need to be further detailed through teaching reform practices. During implementation, it is necessary to balance the inherent tensions with traditional examination-oriented approaches, raise professional standards and competency expectations for physical education teachers, demand greater creativity and innovation from educators, transcend the boundaries of schools to enhance home-school-community sports integration, systematically promote reforms in school physical education, and possess continuously evolving and enriching content. This study identifies ten main reform directions outlined by the “Beijing’s Eight Measures,”namely, “increasing time allocation”, “enriching curricular content”, “engaging all students” “enhancing quality”, “pursuing precision”, “forming partnerships”, “stimulating motivation”, “optimizing resource utilization”,“improving management”, and “pioneering innovation”. Nevertheless, each of these directions faces particular practical implementation dilemmas, for which targeted countermeasures have been proposed.

The effective synergy of multiple subjects is an important way to promote the high-quality development of youth sports. By using the method of literature, comparative analysis and logic analysis, this paper explores multi-subject cooperation in promoting high-quality development of youth sports. It find that, a youth sports multiple participants development is a multi-participation pattern, a stable cooperation relationship, a good cooperation order and a systematic development synergy. Scientific positioning and labor division, effective resource allocation, and reasonable benefit distribution are keys to realizing effective collaboration among multiple subjects. Predicament of multi-subject coordinated development include institutional mechanisms for collaboration are not sound, relationships in collaboration are loose and conditions for collaboration need to be optimized. The influencing factors include: differentiated goals and demands make it difficult to establish a collaborative mechanism, the path dependence of the development subjects leads to poor sustainability, dual lack of organizational self-improvement and external incentives makes it hard to form a collaborative pattern, and insufficient policies led a low sustainability of coordinated development of multiple subjects. We should optimize top-level design of effective cooperation, clarify youth sports functions of each subject, build a collaboration and interaction platform, promote development capabilities of each subjects, and improve legal system for youth sports to optimize the collaborative level of multiple subjects in the development of youth sports

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) in recent years, it has already or is poised to implement multiple functions in e-sports, such as assisted training, assisted refereeing, and intelligent broadcasting. However, while AI drives the advancement of e-sports, it also faces corresponding risks of data pollution. For instance, useless player data may reduce the effectiveness of Character AI, outdated match data may compromise the timeliness of intelligent broadcasting, and fabricated officiating data may undermine the fairness of AI refereeing. To address these risks, the primary response strategy is to establish data governance rules in the form of laws and policies.. This involves establishing mechanisms such as the regulation of annotation types, data screening rules, and pre-set standard controls during three stages: data structuring, data screening, and the establishment of the data governance system. These measures ensure the usability and generalizability of collected e-sports data, extract data subsets that meet specific conditions, and ultimately achieve comprehensive prevention of data pollution risks through e-sports data governance rules.
